Attorney Justin Shepherd - Born Providence, RI 1974. Graduated from Suffolk University Cum Laude. Graduated Suffolk University Law School 2000 with honors. Member of the New Hampshire Bar 2000. Member of the United States District Court in Concord, New Hampshire 2000. Member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, 2006. Member of the American Bar Association, Member of the Nashua Bar Association, Member of the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Member of the New Hampshire Bar Criminal Practice Section.
Attorney Justin Shepherd began his legal career with the Office of the New Hampshire Public Defender in 2000. In 2004 Attorney Shepherd worked as an Assistant Rockingham County Attorney prosecuting Felony and Misdemeanor offenses. Attorney Shepherd also worked as an Assistant Hillsborough County Attorney prosecuting Felony and Misdemeanor offenses. In 2006 Attorney Shepherd was recognized by the Hillsborough County Child Advocacy Center for his work on behalf of child victims of crime. In July 2007 Attorney Justin Shepherd and Mark Osborne founded the law firm of Shepherd and Osborne, PLLC.

Attorney Mark Osborne - Born January 14th, 1978 in Massachusetts. Graduated Westminster College with a BA in Political Science, 2000. Graduated from New England School of Law in 2003. Member of the New Hampshire Bar since 2003. Member of the United States District Court - Concord. Member of the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Member of the Nashua Bar.
Attorney Osborne specializes in criminal defense. After graduating from law school, Attorney Osborne began working with the Office of the Rockingham County Attorney and was the lead prosecutor in the Portsmouth District Court. In 2005 Attorney Osborne joined the Office of the Hillsborough County Attorney where he was responsible for prosecuting complex criminal cases. In July, 2007 Attorney Osborne and Shepherd entered into private practice specializing in criminal defense.
