Attorneys Shepherd and Osborne have skillfully handled all types of criminal cases throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire including felony, misdemeanor, DWI/OUI, motor vehicle and juvenile offenses. Our mission is to obtain the best possible results for our clients, from working quietly behind the scenes to doing battle in court.  We often work hand in hand with a skilled investigator to conduct our own investigation, locate and speak with witnesses, take photographs and complete other tasks as needed.

Attorney Mark Osborne began his legal career working for the Office of the Rockingham County Attorney.  Attorney Osborne spent a year in the Portsmouth District Court prosecuting  a wide variety of misdemeanor cases to include all varieties of motor vehicle offenses.  Attorney Osborne worked for the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office where he prosecuted serious felony cases.  In July of 2007 Attorneys Shepherd and Osborne left the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office to establish their own firm focusing on criminal defense.

Attorney Justin Shepherd began his legal career working for the New Hampshire Public Defender in August 2000.  In 2004 Attorney Shepherd joined the Office of the Rockinghm County Attorney where he prosecuted Felony and Misdemeanor Offenses in the Rockingham Superior Court.  In late 2004 Attorney Shepherd accepted a position with the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office. In July 2007 Attorneys Shepherd and Osborne teamed up to establish their own criminal defense firm.
