In New Hampshire the act of Willful Concealment or better known as shoplifting occurs when you enter a store and start stuffing Blue Ray DVD’s, Snickers Bars, clothing or anything else in your jacket, down your pants, into your boot, etc. while still on the premises of the store. When the loss prevention officers find the goods or merchandise stuffed inside your boot, or anywhere else, that is “prima facie” evidence of Willful Concealment.
